The scariest part about responsibility? When you screw up. And let it slip right through your fingers.

At some point, maybe we accept that the dream has become a nightmare. We tell ourselves the reality is better. We convince ourselves that it's better to never dream at all. But the strongest of us, the most determined of us, we hold onto the dream. Or we find ourselves faced with a fresh dream we never considered. We awake to find ourselves against all odds, feeling hopeful. And if we're lucky, we realize in the face of everything, in the face of life, the true dream, is being able to dream at all.
Many people don't know that the human eye has a blind spot in it's field of vision. There's a part of the world we are literally blind to. The problem is, sometimes our blind spots shield us from things that really shouldn't be ignored. Sometimes our blind spots keep our lives bright and shiny.
Superstition lies in the space between what we can control and what we can't. Find a penny pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck. No one's wants to pass the chance of good luck but does saying it 33 times really help? Is anyone really listenning? And if no one's listenning, why do we bother doing those strange things at all? We relay on Superstitions because we're smart enough to know we don't have all the answers, and that life works in mysterious ways. Don't dis the juju form wherever it comes.
Unfortunately, once you get past the age of braces and training bras, responsibility doesn’t go away.It can’t be avoided. Either someone makes us face it, or we suffer the consequences. And still, adulthood has its perks. I mean the shoes, the sex, the no parents anywhere telling you what to do. That’s pretty damn good.
